Your health journey starts with one step

See Dr. Baloch in the clinic in Faisalabad or Jhang, or online from anywhere in Pakistan or overseas. The form below takes a few minutes and asks the questions the doctor would ask anyway — answer what you can, leave the rest.

Which consultation to choose

If you are not sure, pick the general consultation — the clinic will move you to the right one.

How an online consultation works

For patients in other cities, elsewhere in Pakistan, or overseas. Pain and regimental therapies cannot be done this way.

  1. Request an appointment

Send your details and the time that suits you through the form.

  2. Share your health details

The clinic asks for your age, city, main concern, current medication and any recent reports.

  3. Confirmation

The clinic calls to confirm the date and time, and sends the joining instructions.

  4. Consultation fee

Paid through the method the clinic provides. Nothing is taken on this website.

  5. Join the consultation

Use the link the clinic sends at the scheduled time.

  6. Your plan

Your history, lifestyle, nutrition and reports are reviewed, and a written plan follows.

What you need

  • A phone, tablet or computer with a stable connection
  • Recent medical reports, if you have them
  • Your current medicine list and previous prescriptions
  • Blood sugar records or other relevant readings
  • A quiet, private place for the call

Before you book

An online consultation is for professional consultation and health guidance. It does not replace a physical examination, investigations, or emergency care when those are what you need.

Please give accurate information about your history and current medication. Keep recent laboratory reports available during the call.

What happens when you come in

So you know how long to set aside, and what is worth bringing with you.

  1. The full history

A long, unhurried account of the complaint: when it started, what has been tried, what you are taking now, and what has changed in your life around it. Nothing is prescribed at this stage.

    15 min
  2. Lifestyle and metabolism

What you actually eat, how you sleep, how much you move, and the stress you carry. These drive metabolic and gut health more than most patients are ever told, and they are the factors you can change.

    10 min
  3. Reports read together

Your HbA1c, ultrasound and lipid profile are read in front of you and explained in plain Urdu. Nothing is prescribed on a number you do not understand.

    10 min
  4. Your plan, written down

A written plan: the formulation, the dose, what to eat, what to stop, and which of your existing medicines continue unchanged. You leave with it on paper.

    15 min
  5. Follow-up

Reviewed at four weeks with fresh readings. A plan that has not moved your numbers by the second review is changed, not repeated.

    4 weeks later

Bring to your first visit

  • Previous medical reports
  • Recent laboratory test results
  • Your current medicine list
  • Previous prescriptions, if available
  • Relevant medical history

This helps the consultation start from what is already known about your health, rather than from scratch.
