Five areas, treated properly
The practice does not try to cover everything. It covers metabolic disease, the gut, weight, the hormonal problems that travel with them, and musculoskeletal pain — the complaints that need time rather than a quick prescription.
Regimental therapies
Offered in the clinic according to individual assessment and clinical suitability, as part of a pain-management or rehabilitation plan.
Cupping therapy
Traditional cupping, offered as part of an individualised therapeutic programme for selected musculoskeletal and wellness concerns.
Manual & chiropractic therapy
Hands-on musculoskeletal work aimed at mobility and function in selected mechanical conditions.
Dry needling
A targeted technique for selected muscular and myofascial pain, used where the assessment supports it.
Kinesio taping
Therapeutic taping as an adjunct to a rehabilitation or pain-management programme, not as a treatment on its own.
How a consultation runs
About fifty minutes. You leave with a written plan, not a verbal one.
The full history
A long, unhurried account of the complaint: when it started, what has been tried, what you are taking now, and what has changed in your life around it. Nothing is prescribed at this stage.
15 minLifestyle and metabolism
What you actually eat, how you sleep, how much you move, and the stress you carry. These drive metabolic and gut health more than most patients are ever told, and they are the factors you can change.
10 minReports read together
Your HbA1c, ultrasound and lipid profile are read in front of you and explained in plain Urdu. Nothing is prescribed on a number you do not understand.
10 minYour plan, written down
A written plan: the formulation, the dose, what to eat, what to stop, and which of your existing medicines continue unchanged. You leave with it on paper.
15 minFollow-up
Reviewed at four weeks with fresh readings. A plan that has not moved your numbers by the second review is changed, not repeated.
