Dosage

1–2 capsules twice a day with meals, or as directed by the physician.

Indications

• Menstrual irregularity — irregular periods, amenorrhoea
• Menopausal symptoms — hot flushes, night sweats
• Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
• Mood disturbance — anxiety, low mood

Do not take if

• Pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Hypertension (high blood pressure)
• Diabetes — consult the doctor before use
• Known allergy to any ingredient
• Taking blood thinners, diabetes medication or blood pressure medication
