What the clinic treats, and what it refers on
Five areas, and the conditions that sit inside each. Worth reading before you book, so you arrive at the right kind of appointment.

The practice is narrower than a general clinic and deeper in the areas it covers. That is deliberate: metabolic and digestive work rewards a physician who sees a great deal of it. Here is what falls inside, so you can judge whether your complaint belongs here.
Metabolic health and diabetes
The largest part of the practice. Most patients arrive already on medication, with numbers that will not settle and no one explaining why. Type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, high cholesterol and triglycerides, fatty liver, and weight-related metabolic disorders.
Gut and digestive health
Acidity, heartburn, gastritis, indigestion, bloating and excessive gas, constipation, diarrhoea, and irritable bowel syndrome. These are treated here as one system rather than three separate complaints to be silenced with three separate tablets.
Weight and lifestyle
Weight that will not move is rarely a willpower problem. This part of the practice looks at what you actually eat, how you actually sleep, and how much you actually move — abdominal fat, sustainable weight management, nutrition, physical activity, and sleep and stress.
Hormonal and metabolic concerns
Thyroid-related complaints and the hormonal side of metabolic health, assessed alongside the rest rather than in isolation.
Pain and regimental therapy
Joint and muscle pain, back and neck pain, and myofascial pain, treated with the hands-on regimental therapies of the tradition — including cupping. This is the one area that cannot be done online, because it needs hands.
What gets referred on
A clinic that claims everything is a clinic to be careful of. Anything acute, surgical, or needing emergency care belongs in a hospital. Pregnancy care, paediatric emergencies, suspected cancer, chest pain and sudden neurological symptoms are not managed here, and you will be told so plainly rather than kept in the room.
If you are not certain which category you fall into, book the general consultation and the clinic will move you to the right one — or tell you that you need somebody else.
Conditions listed here describe the clinic's areas of practice. Listing a condition is not a claim to cure it, and no outcome is promised to any individual patient.
